I found this article in the NY Times (click here to get a login from bugmenot.com) this morning while looking at some RSS feeds. It was in the “most emailed” , written by Maureen Dowd. Usually I like reading her stuff, she has a rather acid tongue, but in a funny way. I started reading her column after seeing her on Real Time with Bill Maher last year. In the past four or five months though, her rantings have taken on a raving tone, much like Michael Moore. I've found that their ravings have actually made me want to distance myself from their writing, but that's a whole different post.

She includes a quote from Carrie Fisher (note to self, according to TheForce.net only 130 or so days left til Episode III comes out)

I asked the actress and writer Carrie Fisher, on the East Coast to promote her novel "The Best Awful," who confirmed that women who challenge men are in trouble.
"I haven't dated in 12 million years," she said drily.

Hmm. Maybe she hasn't dated for 12 million years because she went from being Jabba the Hut's fantasy slave girl to JABBA HIMSELF?
