Last Sunday a bunch of us went out on Zac's boat "Moby Dick" to splash around at the Sandbar for Christine's birthday. We left at 11, got out there about 11:30 and found John was already there waiting for us! He had gone out diving that morning and had Paulie from Diver's Down drop him off at the sandbar. He said he was out there for about an hour, in his wetsuit, with his fins and his backpack held out of the water. Another boat pulled up and saw him standing there all alone and freaked out thinking he got left behind by someone. As soon as we threw him a cold beer, he was right as rain. We spent the whole afternoon out there, and were fortified with six coolers full of beer and other assorted wobbly-pops.
